This lady is NOT a rare spawn, mr cdub22. She is in one of the prison cell rings, the same one where Marshall windsor is for the alliance Onyxia key questline. You need to kill her for the key, if you don't have a rogue with you anyways!

But, it should be noted the Burial Shawl from Scholomance is better by a small degree, if you're going for + damage gear. but you lose the Stamina. Your call.

I'm also going to throw out there that these are probably easier to get, as she is pretty close to the entrance, whereas the Burial Shawl drops near the end of Scholomance if it drops at all, much lower chance really.

Won this on my priest yesterday, Mantle of Lost Hope dropped on the same run but a mage need rolled and won it, when I asked if she needed +heal she replied "Not anymore :D". After she won it I congratulated her on winning a + heal item and she just replied "Thx :D" everyone was just so oblivious to the fact she needed on it I found it rather amusing.
Meh i'm happy enough with this one, wich would have been alot more useful for her. Luckily she didn't need on this one to, that would have just been taking the piss.
Plus these just look brilliant.

just got for my druid after about 10 runs, either she wouldnt drop em or id pass for the mage/lock in the group, finally did need on with a mage and as expected, WW3 started, either way i could give to shizzle's about what a clothy thinks, "you get more armor form leather" the 20+ more armor equals to what -0.2 damage reduction, please. I now have +219 damage and healing :D OOMkin's ftw

Did BRD earlier this evening and this dropped. I'm a warlock and the mage in our group already had it. So i was really happy, until the resto druid needed on it and won. What an idiot.

Clothies should have first dibs on cloth armor ALWAYS. You as a druid woulden't want a shaman rolling for your gear either, right?
