WESTFALL

There are other Murloc camps in Westfall, but only the 15-19 murlocs along the west coast will drop 粘糊糊的魚人鱗片. The lowest level murlocs start at the northern edge and get progressively higher level as you move south. Be careful in the range of the highest level murlocs just north of the lighthouse, as there are a couple of elite Murlocs, 布拉克 and 斯拉克, that wander in this area.

Farming Tips: Keep an eye out for 桑德斯船長的藏寶圖. This item drops off the murlocs you'll be camping for the scales, and starts the quest line 杉德尔船长的宝藏. It's a great line for low-level characters as it returns some valuable items and an 8-slot bag.

SILVERPINE FOREST

The Murlocs of Silverpine Forest are situated in three discrete camps, two on the north and southeast of Fenris Isle, and one on the mainland south of the island.

This is the only viable Murloc camp in the right level range situated in a Horde zone. The camp of Murlocs in Ashenvale southeast of Zoram'gar is also Horde-accessible, but it's much smaller, and the drop rate is not as high.

WETLANDS

This is the only source for 紅色幼龍鱗片 in Azeroth. Thankfully the repop rate is good, and the area is limited. The whelps are also in the level range to make it a great 中皮 farm at the same time.

Traditionally, this can be a competitive camp, not for scales but for the rare 小紅龍寶寶 pet. Although Classic does not include the Battle Pets system, it has long been a sought-after prestige pet. The drop percentage for this pet is around 0.1%. The whelps can also drop other profession recipes, so it can be a very profitable camp.

Farming Tips: Be VERY careful not to progress too far east along the road to the mountains; not far along this point are level 57-58 elite Red Wyrmkins that will be happy to give you a beat-down for harassing their whelps. You may be revisiting these elite wyrmkin later if you plan to farm 紅龍鱗片, but for now, give them a wide berth.

HILLSBRAD FOOTHILLS

The Torn Fin murlocs of Hillsbrad are found exclusively along the southern shore between Azurelode Mine and Southshore. Be sure to check in the water as well as on the land, as Murlocs can be found in both places. If you're an herbalist, valuable Stranglekelp can be harvested here as well.

Be careful of a rare elite murloc, 斯卡基爾, who occasionally wanders in this area.

DUSTWALLOW MARSH

Dustwallow Marsh's Mirefin murlocs can all be found in the northeast part of the zone, along the coast and occupying a string of three islands. Turtles also roam these coasts, but they are too low level to yield Turtle Scales.

A rare elite Murloc, 賊眼, can appear in this area.

TANARIS

The scorpids of Tanaris aren't found in any great density, but they're everywhere across the zone, mixed in with other skinnable mobs such as Basilisks and Hyenas. Overall this is also one of the best-rated 厚皮 farms, so your time won't be wasted either way.

Farming Tips: By doing the quests 制裁廢土遊民, 制裁更多廢土遊民 and 懸賞:安德雷·火鬍, you have a chance to collect some of the Scorpid Scale recipes while earning 加基森 reputation. Due to drop rates, it's unlikely you'll collect the whole set on one pass. Also collect 廢土水袋 to turn in for 收集水袋, a repeatable quest that earns 150 Gadgetzan reputation for every 5 you turn in.

Farming Turtle Scales in Classic WoW龜殼Leatherworking:

龜殼胸甲, 龜殼頭盔, 龜殼護腕, and 龜殼護腿: trained from 凱雷希亞‧獵月, 德拉克‧石手, or 哈拉納‧鐵皮

TANARIS

Tanaris actually has two camps for turtles: one lower level (42-43) and one higher level (48-50). The 42-43 camp is the only good lower-level Turtle Scale camp, as all the others start in the same level range as the higher-level camp. Both are along the eastern coastline; the higher level camp extends down over the southern point.

THE HINTERLANDS

The Hinterlands turtle camp is on the eastern coast, north of the Horde base Revantusk Village. While Alliance players can steer clear of Revantusk, some care will be needed to avoid the attention of the guards. The small camp south of Revantusk may not be practical if you can't walk through Revantusk unnoticed.

This is a popular camp due to the turtle density and compact (but not too small) size. However, farmers need to be aware of a level 50 elite turtle, 加莫里塔, a quest mob on the same 5-minute respawn time as the other turtles. She is much larger and has a yellow shell instead of green like the other turtles, so she's easy to spot. Horde players who don't want to deal with her can train her to the Revantusk guards, but Alliance players will either need to avoid her or take care of her themselves.

There is another rare elite turtle, 鐵背龜, who can occasionally appear, but he's on a very long respawn timer and unlikely to pose much of an issue.

BURNING STEPPES

Burning Steppes is only mentioned here as a camp because you will also need to farm it for the Blackrock mobs that drop three of the patterns. The number and density of scorpids doesn't make for a good long term camp, but as long as you're there getting the recipes, you might as well collect some scales at the same time. The two level 54 scorpid areas east and west of the Pillar of Ash can serve as some skinning fun while waiting for the Blackrocks to respawn.

Farming Tips: Be VERY careful if you decide to try the eastern camp. It may have the lowest-level scorpids in zone, but it's also swarming with 52-54 elite Black Dragonkin. If you're up to taking them on, do; they can be skinned for both 龍鱗 and 黑龍鱗片.

SILITHUS

By far, Silithus will be your go-to camp once you have all your Blackrock-sourced patterns in hand (consider getting the pattern from the Blasted Lands while you're in East Kingdoms). While not the most convenient camp due to the high number of other mobs mingling with the scorpids, it's a much denser camp than Burning Steppes.

The map pattern here is predictable: the lowest level scorpids are found nearer to Cenarion Hold and increase in level the further you range out from there.

Farming Tips: The ranges of the 54-56 level scorpids overlap with the 掘泥打擊者 and 掘泥摧毀者, which are both skinnable and worth farming for valuable 沙蟲的肉, a component of 沙漠肉丸子. This Cooking recipe is acquired at Cooking 285 through a quest line that starts with 沙漠食譜. It's a popular recipe for skilling Cooking past 285, and you can sell the extras you don't need. It's also a great stat food for any Strength-based character.

DUSTWALLOW MARSH

Out of the Dragonkin mobs for farming 龍鱗 , only the 灼熱雛龍 (41-42) is not elite. Unfortunately, they are tightly intermingled with various elite Dragonkin, so there isn't a good way to farm only them alone.

Drop rate here is rated as higher than most. However, expect an average of only about 10 scales per hour of farming.

Farming Tips: Pick up the quest 黑龍軍團 before you start. You'll get some nice rewards and experience for killing what you're working on anyway.

SWAMP OF SORROWS

All the Dragonkin here are also elite, and not as densely packed as those in Dustwallow Marsh. However, it's a decent farming camp, particularly if you're waiting for a Sunken Temple group.

This is also the only outdoor camp for 綠龍鱗片. The Dragonkin here can drop both 龍鱗 or 綠龍鱗片, unlike the dragons in Dustwallow Marsh. If both Worn and Green Dragonscales are important, consider this camp.

AZSHARA

Azshara has a few advantages when it comes to Blue Dragonscale farming, even though the area is remote. If you're Alliance, the Dragonscale trainer is here, so it's easy to train Blue Dragonscale Leggings. The camp for Blue Dragons, southeast of the Forlorn Ridge, is next to an area with elite Cliff Breaker giants, which you will need to farm for the Blue Dragonscale Shoulders pattern. The level range of these dragons is lower than that in Winterspring, so the farming will be easier when you're high enough level to tackle it.

WINTERSPRING

The area of Mazrthoril is home to the Blue Dragonkin of Winterspring; these can be found both outside and inside the cave system. There are non-elite blue Whelps that are comparatively easy farms for Blue Dragonscales; however, they're mixed up with the Drake and Wyrmkin elites so you will have to deal with those as well.

WETLANDS

Past the many camps of low-level Red Whelps (see the previous section about Red Whelp Scales to compare the map), the larger elite Red Wyrmkin make their home in the hills in the southeastern part of the zone. The lowest level mobs are at the center north of the small round area of mountains north of Grim Batol, and as you proceed clockwise around these mountains, the Wyrmkin get progressively more difficult.

BURNING STEPPES

The camps here are not densely populated, which is a blessing in disguise. For the most part, you'll want to stick either to the camps south of Blackrock Mountain or the camps along the eastern wall. There are a couple of small pockets of Dragonkin elsewhere in the zone, but they're too far apart and too small to be part of a good farming loop.

Farming Tips: The eastern camp overlaps with Scorpids, which can be skinned for 厚蠍鱗. This makes a nice side farm between dragonkins (and an inevitable one as you'll need to clear some of them out or risk having unplanned adds).

The guide mentions Red Whelp Scales, but it omits Black and Green whelp scales, both used in crafting applications.

Green Whelp Scale can be skinned from Adolescent Whelps and Dreaming Whelps in Swamp of Sorrows.
Used as a reagent for Leatherworking (chest and bracers) and Enchanting (Glove Enchant + to skinning)

Black Whelp Scale can be skinned off the whelps south of Lakeshire, Redridge. They're used for 2 Leatherworking patterns (chest and cloak)

There are also other leather variants which are skinned from specific (predictably) beast-types in the open world.

Curiously, raptor hide are a common loot drop off raptors, but I haven't seen it come up as a result from skinning. (used for LWing belt and chest)

Eirdohl's comment already covered most of my concerns, but since you list 粘糊糊的魚人鱗片 as a leather ingredient, I think it should logically follow that other similar drops such as 納迦鱗片 (reagent for 碧藍護肩), 薄科多獸皮 (reagent for 科多獸皮包) and the Raptor Hides mentioned before should also count.

The list is also missing the following:
