The problem with targeting another's pet is that you have to know its name ahead of time. So think that fear one is just not possible. Maybe a focus macro, but you'd still have to either click him with your mouse or tab-target and then focus it first, which I think defeats the purpose of what you're looking to do.

As far as the Revive, it should just be

/cast Revive Pet; Mend Pet

if the pet is alive, it will cast mend pet. If the pet is dead, it will revive the pet, but you'll have to push the button again after it gets rezzed to mend it.
