The previously removed
crafted WoD pieces pruned out in Shadowlands
won't be making a return with Dragonflight launch, but Blizzard has promised that they will be making a return in a patch "very soon".
While we are unfortunately not fixing this with the release of Dragonflight, we will be fixing it in an upcoming patch very soon. Sorry for the delay.
For those unfamiliar, during the profession revamp that happened with Shadowlands, many WoD craftable transmog pieces became lost in time, with their original recipes being removed from the game. Back then, Blizzard promised to restore a way to craft those pieces in the future.
Yes, this is a side effect of Shadowlands development.
We already have plans to reintroduce all of the transmogs in a future patch. So they’ll only be unobtainable temporarily.
