Vol'jin becomes da new wahchief. Thrall, Theron, and Bloodhoof kneel or bow or whatever. Goblin dude at least takes his hat off.
But Sylvanas? She just stands there. LIKE A BOSS.
That's why we love her :)

I hate Sylvanas. She's a malicious, insane, backstabbing zombie.
I'd also like to point out that she's ugly, but I feel that I'm treading into comedy at this point.

If i were able to act inside a cutscene, she'd be moving
Towards the ground
In two pieces.

She's hardly insane
Depends on your point of view.
she has to be for her people.
So did Jaina, but that doesn't stop people from hating her. *shrug*

wait.... .but she doesn't show up on the alliance cutscene.
And to the OP, Sylvanas does acknowledge vol'jin with a small nod of her head.

Is she still able to bend at will, though? I mean, dying twice would surely cause some restriction to movement, one would think.

She's in the background.
She's hardly insane and as for malicious and backstabbing, she has to be for her people.
Arrows in her quiver.
Or now, board to block up her door so the piper can't come and demand his due.

I think the demons name was Varimathras, but i could be wrong. I like Sylvannas too, but she could use a new model, kinda wierd with a supposedly rotten corpse with a smokin´hot athletic figure.
My favourite faction leader is offcourse Garrosh though. Before the fight when he smacks around Thrall...epic!

There has at no time, been a single bit of legitimate proof of slyvannas caring for the forsaken. She pretends to, of course, but if she didn't, they'd overthrow her, cult of personality or no.(##RESPBREAK##)2060##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##Try not to make assumptions about people just because they disagree with you, for whatever reason... thank you.

Gonna play devil's advocate here. I feel the reasoning behind why Jaina is really hated is because she turned from a tolerant individual who was a tie between the Alliance and Horde into a very spiteful, hateful one. In addition, she seems to see reason by the end of the 5.2 questline on the Thunder Isle and it was essentially shown to be a total lie in the SoO ending cinematic. (To be fair I totally understand why, given what happened at Theramore and any build-up before that like the Horde invading Theramore to kill her dad, etc.)
We never really saw Sylvanas' other personalities besides what I am assuming is severe levels of arrogance (which works well with her anyways). As an undead she has been known to be a hateful, vengeful backstabber who shows interest in herself and maybe her people (more or less). She's had some slight personality swings here and there, but people have probably come to like her character because of her primary personality which has been mostly unchanged (and people can also choose to hate that personality too - I can totally understand why).

Sylvanas nodes in the movie. She can´t bow down because they don´t want to show her bald spot.

She has a hood on, her bald spot would be covered either way.

Ejem, regarding the killing of Jaina's father, that was done with Jaina's blessing. She understood that her father was a war criminal that was butchering horde civilians and was using her people as disposable pawns, while she refrained from participating in the battle side by side with the horde, she pleaded that the losses to her people were kept to the lowest minimum (and they were, surrendering troops were spared)
And because she refused to support her insane father, the horde spared her life and the lives of her people, and established the non-aggression treaty between both cities (Which then she broke........... for no given reason whatsoever, by sending troops into durotar and barrens. They never really bothered to explain that, she was the fiercest advocate with peace between both sides, but in cata, BEFORE her drastic change of personality, she sent troops to attack the horde on 5 different fronts.)

I'm a little perplexed as to why she is perceived as a backstabber, considering she's only done so once (garithos). She made a pact with Varimatras (he serves her and she doesn't kill him) and she kept her end, even if he broke his. She made a pact with the horde which (so far anyways, we'll see how long that lasts) she hasn't broken, she made a pact with crowley which she honored even when she had absolutely no compelling reason to do, she made a pact with godfrey, and she kept her part before HE betrayed HER. Almost every time she gives her word on something, she keeps her word. (Garithos asides)
I despise how she's gone from how she used to be in warcraft 3, to the heavy manipulative, hateful and conniving schemer she is today, were you really have no clue if you can trust her or not, as on one day she makes a pact with a sworn enemy and keeps her end of the bargain (crowley) but the next she all of the sudden kidnaps an ally to brainwash him because he had a small truce with the alliance to fight a common foe (Koltira). Because of this, she's completely unpredictable, and you never know just what she's gonna do next.

She kept the deal with crowley because nothing was going to stop him from going into a
RRoR
on her if she doesn't.

At that point she had already won, the worgens had already put their weapons down, and had surrendered, if she wanted to, she could had simply gone back on her word and kill them all, or simply go back on her word once she had the upper hand again, but the Ultimate Visual Guide specifically says she kept her end of the bargain and withdrew her forces from gilneas completely.

The vast majority of a new Forsaken player's interaction with Sylvanas happens in the Silverpine campaign, where they get to see her dispense both mercy and justice. And quests. When she reappears in the Western Plaguelands, her personality has changed. It's kind of unnerving, like learning that your girlfriend used to be a guy.
Throughout it all, though, Sylvanas does keep one thing consistent: she doesn't take crap from ANYBODY. She's not afraid of brandishing her "clever mouth" in front of Garrosh, she's not amused by Crowley's "die trying" bravado, and she doesn't tolerate weakness in Koltira. No matter where she goes or what she does,
she is in charge
, and she makes sure that everyone around her knows it. After SoO, she's probably thinking "It was I who allowed Vol'jin to become Warchief. Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen... something something dark side..."
Like a boss.
