If you're having trouble finding the Hollow Emblem, I posted a screenshot showing the view towards the pyramid where the box is. It's the 2nd or 3rd hut/tent over when you climb up the wall on your right

Stealth into Zul'Farrak and make your way to the Grand Pyramid area. On the right, closest to the main steps, there are 2 huts on the ground, 2 sitting-shelters attached to the Lower Shelf of the wall, and 2 sitting-shelters attached to the Upper Shelf of the wall. Go to the right of the stairs and make your way to the Upper Shelf and then make your way back to the 2nd Sitting Shelter on the Upper Shelf to access a chest that has the Hollow Emblem . Since I had to figure out the rest myself, here is the full guide:
You'll need to find 2 Vile Concoctions and the Hollow Emblem.

- The Hollow Emblem is on the second from the left upper hut on the right wall if you're facing the pyramid. You can climb the hill to the right of the pyramid to get there.
- 1 Vile Concoction is inside the hut closest to the pyramid.
- The other Vile Concotion is inside a hut on the corner of the left path after the first fork of the dungeon(that left path that no group ever takes).
- Use one Vile Concoction on the cauldron of Witch Doctor Zum'rah (it doesn't break stealth) to kill him and loot the satchel beside him to loot a trinket. Equip the trinket to see which grave contains the Offering of Blood.
- Use the other Vile Concoction on the cauldron of Antu'sul and loot the Offering of Bone beside him.
- Combine both offerings, then use the Hollow Emblem to make the Emblem of Blood Magic. This is the key to open the chest on the top of the pyramid to finally get the Talisman for the quest.

Also to note, you must head through the instance portal without being in a group to be phased into the solo version of this instance that is required to complete the quest.

I went there earlier and was in a party with my friend who was somewhere else in Azeroth. Rooky mistake! Hope this saves someone doing the same :D

The Talisman of Kazdor

Find The Talisman of Kazdor inside of Zul'Farrak. Then, bring it to Fahrad at Ravenholdt Manor. You must complete the job alone.

Description

From the most recent letter we intercepted, it appears the final artifact Caius desires is the Talisman of Kazdor. The letter states this talisman is somewhere inside Zul'Farrak. I want you to complete the job as per Caius' instructions, as not to arouse his suspicion. This means you'll have to go into Zul'Farrak alone, as usual. However, before you deliver the Talisman, bring it back here. We'll be giving Caius a little more than he asked for.
