2. That item starts a quest of the same name
3. It turns in at Rau Cliffrunner, who gives you this quest.

4. Follow the river as it heads North, Find Bath’rah and pray to him first.
5. Now to Desolace to slay elementals, *5* Wind Orbs is what you aspire to.
6. Dustwallow now, Elementals again, water orbs this time and the number? Yes, *5*.
7. Badlands we go and you’ll never believe it, Elementals we seek because we just couldn’t leave it. *5* again as now is custom, Collect them up and return to Tarren.
8. Bath’rath is chuffed with those Elemental goodies, give him a Crystal Vial and he’ll fill it no worries.
9. Return to the post where the wind is free, where we’ll give the Vial to Cliffrunner then she returns it to thee.
10. Drink the vial, do not question it, talk to the flight master, and just accept it.
11. Kill the Elemental and the caster, loot the eye to avert disaster.
12. Return to Bath’rah who waits with glee, he hates Elementals so he has a gift for thee.

Elemental Aid

While many inhabitants of Thousand Needles are our enemies, we can't stand by and watch them get washed away. The note was clear, they plan to raise an undead army in the aftermath, which potentially threatens us all.

We are ill equipped to deal with this, but I've heard of a shaman on the Eastern Kingdoms who's proficient in the elemental imbuement of weapons, they might be capable of helping.

Find this shaman and plead for their aid.

They must be using some cruel sorcery they learned from Hirzek. They plan to flood the canyon and raise us all into undeath.

To achieve their goal, I fear they require devastating elemental powers.
