Highway Robbery Quest Chain Guide w/ Illari Duskfeather Location - https://youtu.be/wtgnmxaa9kU

1. Find Extinguished Campfire near Kodo Graveyard.
-Located on a small plateau in the Northwestern portion of Kodo Graveyard, when looking at the map it is above the "OD" of Kodo in the Kodo Graveyard text.
-Must be at least level 30 to click campfire and pick up quest "Highway Robbery"

2. Follow the main road North out of the Kodo Graveyard, folow as it curves East.
-Follow road as it curves East.
-At the point where the road curves North again, continue heading East to a small Goblin settlement.
-Talk to Bibbly F'utzbuckle standing in a small fenced area next to the hut.
-Turn in "Highway Robbery" and pick up "On The Lam"

3. Head to Booty Bay.
-Head to The Salty Sailor Tavern in the Southwest corner of town.
-Talk to Tokal standing near the bar.
-Turn in "On The Lam" and pick up "Cherry For Your Thoughts?"
-Purchase Cherry Grog from bartender (Nixraxx Fillamug) standing behind Tokal.
-Give Cherry Grog to Tokal.
-Turn in "Cherry For Your Thoughts" and pick up "No Honor Among Thieves"

4. Head to Arathi Highlands.
-Head to the large bridge that takes you to The Wetlands (but don't cross it)
-On the Arathi Highlands side of the Wetlands bridge, you will see a small rope bridge going across to the hillside.
-Cross the bridge and head down the hill to a small boat on the waterside.
-Boat will teleport you East to an area known as The Forbidding Sea.

5. Talk to Illari Duskfeather standing on a small dock nearby.
-Defeat Illari Duskfeather in battle, she is level 40. (or watch someone else defeat her)
-Illari will teleport away and leave a Dropped Pouch in her place.
-Loot Dropped Pouch to pick up Illari's Key (this item can be looted regardless if you tagged Illari or not)
-Use Illari's Key on Illari's Loot Cache on the other end of the dock.
-Loot Jewel Encrusted Box from Illari's Loot Cache, inside will be the Rune.
