After you receive the note from 'C' in your mailbox at lvl 30. Then go to Pyrewood village where you did your rune from phase 1. After, go to Scarlet Monastery, instead of entering, head to the left to the stables, and loot the disguise from the chest there. Enter SM GY, put on your disguise and pickpocket a 'Scryer'. Afterwards, go into SM Library and open the chest that requires the SCRYER KEY you got from pickpocketing the scryer. From here go back into the SM - GY, put on the costume to bypass the intial mobs or just stealth by them. Now you will have to stealth by the ghost mobs to do the next part. Sit on the benches between the two statues on each side of the SM - GY, you will see messages when you have done this correctly. Then loot the coffer in the northern mausoleum. This will get you the next key you need to go back into the SM - Library, and loot the Eye (quest item) from the other locked quest using the key you just acquired. Go back to Pyrewood Village drop box. Then hit up any major city, read your mail. Now go back to the drop box in Pyrewood Village and you will have your SHADOWSTEP RUNE!

1. Get a costume from the stables outside the Scarlet Monastery entrance. It's in a locked chest, so be sure to have leveled lockpicking. It was yellow at 100 for me. Going into stealth or leaving an instance breaks the disguise.

2. Enter Graveyard Wing. Pickpocket the Scryer in the interrogation dungeon, or the first room after the inital corridor. Leave graveyard wing.

3. Enter Library Wing. Put on the costume and head deeper into the wing until you reach the library section, i.e. the last long corridor before Arcanist Doan. In the second alcove to your left is a locked chest called "Personal Letterbox" that you can open with the Scryer's key without breaking your disguise. Inside is a letter with instructions for how to progress. Exit Library Wing.

4. Enter Graveyard Wing, put on the disguise and make your way to the Graveyard section. Undead ignore your disguise so go into stealth. In the first mausoleum to the right you can see a lid of a stone coffer. To open it, walk up to and /sit on the stone benches located between each pair of statues behind the fenced in section on each side (north/south) of the graveyard. Doing so correctly will make the stone coffer rise from the ground. Loot reliquary key and exit graveyard wing.

5. Enter Library Wing. Head into Gallery of Treasures and into the first alcove to the left. Loot the chest.

The instructions given by the previous posters (Haxxardax and DougWildes) are correct. I did this with a lvl30 Undead rogue and completed it with no problems. The undead mobs in the graveyard you need to stealth past are lvls 31 and 32, but even without points in Master of Deception (increasing your stealthiness) there's enough room to swing wide and avoid detection.

As Alliance, you can run to UC and stand in the courtyard area to trigger the mail from "C". Then just run back to the dead drop box. Easy peasy.

The Eye of Bhossca

Find The Eye of Bhossca inside of the Scarlet Monastery. Then, return it to C's dead drop near Pyrewood Village. You must complete the job alone.

Description

<A note sits in the chest> Glad to have you back, <name>. The latest object of my desire is an artifact known as the Eye of Bhossca. My sources tell me the eye is somewhere within the Scarlet Monastery. As with Shadowfang Keep, you must infiltrate the monastery alone. It may behoove you to find a disguise before going in. It will make getting around a touch easier. I'm sure you could find something on the monastery's grounds. Return the eye here, and payment will be delivered as before. - C
