TItan Residuum Resetting at the Start of Season 4
Blizzard has announced that they are going to reset

at the start of Season 4. Blizzard explains that the change was made in order to bring Titan Residuum down to understandable levels and to remove the feeling of obligation to save the currency as fast as possible at the start of a season.

8.3 PTR Character Wipe on November 6th

The New Il'gynoth Whispers in Visions of N'Zoth (Analysis/Speculation)
Il'gynoth, returning as a boss in the Nya'lotha raid, has several new whispers for us to puzzle over. With Il'gynoth raid testing earlier today, as well as speculation surrounding 8.3 datamining, broadcast text, and Death Knight swords leading up to BlizzCon, now seemed to be a good time to analyze the whispers!

October 24th Ny'alotha Raid Testing on 8.3 PTR - Dark Inquisitor Xanesh, The Hivemind
More raid testing is available on the PTR today with the 4th and 5th bosses of Ny'alotha, the Waking City being available for testing. These bosses are Dark Inquisitor Xanesh and the HIvemind. Dark Inquisitor Xanesh has players playing a modified game of soccer, trying to kick Orbs around obstacles and into rifts to neutralize them.

8.3 PTR - Magni's Plan Questline Introduction Quest (Story Spoilers)
With the latest PTR build, a new questline has been given to Magni for Visions of N'Zoth. This questline is meant to expand the story leading to the new Ny'alotha raid, as well as introduce some of the new mechanics for Patch 8.3.
This is a rather long questline. and it is not completed yet.

This is the
Alliance
version of the questline. The Horde questline should be about the same, with only a slightly different start.

Mythic+ Season 4 Affix Corrupted: Details & How It Works
The Season 4 Mythic+ Affix, Corrupted, is now available for Testing on the PTR. Activate Black Empire Obelisks to enter and traverse N'zoth's realm, defeat N'zoth's lieutenants and clear the dungeon! Skips are now available to everyone with the Corrupted affix and in addition, the Bwonsamdi buff is back from Season 2!

Corrupted Items is The New Titanforging: Details & How It Works
This recent PTR build has added a new stat called Corruption. This is likely the replacement to Titanforging that Ion Hazzikostas was teasing in his 8.3 preview. The Corruption stat grant you large benefits, but at a cost.
