Just creating a new character and am wondering what is the best Class>Race for both PVP and PVE with a mixture of TANK and DPS

Tank and dps can be a Monk, a Paladin, a Druid, a Warrior or a Death Knight when you reach level 55.

Race is whatever you want to play, no one race is superior to any other.

There is no "best class" blizzard will keep nerfing and buffing so with that in mind play what you actually enjoy!
