The Germans only agreed with Hitler so they didn't die... Although some of them did in fact treat the Jews as scapegoats, most of them were afraid of what he would do to them if they didn't agree...

Germans =/= Nazis
This was a bigot statement, even if it wasn't on purpose.

They
did
get 44% of the votes in '33.

Agreeing that the Germany needed change =/= Agreeing that Jews should be cooked in ovens.

And for that matter, I'm tired of no one ever mentioning Gypsies when they think of concentration camps. Granted, most of them are scam artists and muggers from my experience, but still.
Can I get mad at you for not mentioning Catholic priests?
:P
And Hitler and the party were anti-Semites from the beginning.
Dolchstoßlegende
was one of the factors that contributed to the rise of the Nazi party.

In his defense, I doubt he knew about the radiation sickness.
I beg to differ.

So was my post mentioning Okinwana ignored or just not worthy enough to provoke a reply?

America was the only country ever to drop atom bombs on another one and get applauded for it. But when another one
might
even show the slightest notion of having something nuclear they get stumbled by inspectors and stuff.
Either way, even though they argument it (thought when I had history like this) with wanting to end the war, they pretty much violated the rules of war: killing citizens.

I think Japan pretty much threw out the rules of war when they launched a preemptive strike against the US. Also, both sides in the Pacific Theater killed prisoners, so killing civillans wasn't too much of a step further (and Japan had been launching balloon bombs at the the US to kill civilians already, the only difference was that America's civilian attack was actually effective at making progress in the war)
At the end of the day though, there really aren't any rules to war, you do what you need to win.

That article says absolutely nothing to indicate there was previous knowledge of what the radiation does. It is listing the effects that were observed AFTER the bombing.
Or are you attempting to make some other point that isn't immediately obvious?
"But the effects of gamma rays...are well established."

So, we were wrong to convict most of the Nazi leaders for
war crimes
?

Yes.
We (the United States) have interned those who we've perceived as a threat in times before, yet you didn't see handcuffs thrown on the President and others. The only difference is that the Nazis lost so blame could be placed on them, if the Japanese had won, I'm sure the American leaders would have been held responsible for war crimes against Japanese Americans as well (well, more likely, they'd just straight up kill the American leadership, instead of prettying it up)
In before ZOMG NAZIZ KILLED THE JEWS NOT COMPARTABLE. War crimes, lol.

So morality is determined by the person with the largest army?
