Casting bar addon to replace Quartz?

Im looking for a fresh castbar addon that has the ability Quartz does in showing that red latency bar to let you know when you can safely start a new cast or begin to move after one has gone off without canceling it.

Find any castbar addon with 'latency watcher' or 'safe-zone' and you'll be all good :)
AzCastbar for example.

If you're looking to replace it because it's not working as of the patch, try this fix:
Open up your World of Warcraft /Interface/Quartz/modules folder, and open the player.lua with notepad. Find the line with GetSpellInfo(5138), and remove the line. It's Quartz trying to request information about Drain Mana, and it fails because the spell was removed, and this causes multiple issues.

Seriously, why weren't those authors on the PTR getting their addons ready for patch day? I want to get what I paid for, dammit.

Remove all of your quartz settings files from WTF -- account wide and character specific. You can just move them out or back them up some way, but remove them. Allow the addon to regenerate them. Then see if the problem persists.
