Advice on holy build

I' have been playing WoW for 4 months and my only developed character is 70lvl holy priest. I have had several tries to do holy build...

Well, I have this one at the moment:

and I am quite satisfied with it. I have been to 25 raid only twice, though. However, I would like to have some advice if I have done this build properly. Do not hesitate to write down any comments (I'd like to become a good healer):D. Your help is appreciated:) So please, tell me what I have done wrong:)

p.s. Hope I wrote it OK. I've been learning english for 6 years now... one never knows:D
