WG contribution seems very low. Should be used almost every time the cooldowns off.

depending on his heal assignment he should use different spells...
i can't say what he did wrong, only how i've done it 3 times in ulduar10
i was put on raidwide healing every time, but still i kept regrowth en rejuv up on tanks and 3 stacks of LB when razorscale came down to bash the tank
(double stack of regrowth bcs of the glyph so the ticks hit harder
on the raidgroup i only used rejuv and wild growth and when a player was at or below 50% i used swiftment
was there with a priest and shaman/pala every time and topped the healing meter every time... might be because of a healingpower difference... i have/had around 2100 healing power every time
doing this it is needed to have moderate mana regen since otherwise you'll be oom pretty fast, i needed innervate when razorscale was around 30-40% health

Also make sure if you're basing this off of recount charts you're taking overhealing into account. My disc priest is usually at best second on "Healing Done" especially with a holy pally or resto shammy around, but always last on "Overhealing Done."
Any healing class can spam their highest heal on the raid to inflate their numbers. 5000+ HPS is not the least bit impressive when it is 70% overhealing, as I have seen many times with many holy pallies. :P
Also, if no one is dying in the fight or coming close, you could reevaluate your reasons for having him there. If he is a friend and is the only one bringing things like GotW, tank thorns, tree aura etc. he has use beyond his numbers. If not, maybe you could bring another DPS since you and the pally seem to have things under control?

I agree, he should be using rejuv constantly while maintaing lifebloom on tanks,
but the wild growth is to low
,
make sure hes hitting that on every cooldown, pop it on a tank or melee and it will hit all those in range.
Now this isn't a fight where raid heals are used since dmg usually done to 1 target at a time and
people are spread out.
Wild Growth:
Heals up to 5 friendly party or raid members
within 15 yards of the target
for 1239 over 7 sec. The amount healed is applied quickly at first, and slows down as the Wild Growth reaches its full duration.
When giving advice its usually a good idea to read the question being asked.
Huh? He asked if he was using the right healing spells. What I said implies he needs to use wild growth more. While razor scale himself dishes out damage 1 at a time, it also comes out quick enough that it isn't just 1 person hurt at a time. Secondly, there the adds and chain lighting so multiple targets will be hit. There's also wing buffet on ground phases. The fact that WG ticks in instantly and hits multiple targets means it has priority over rejuv that doesn't proc instantly, and lifebloom which only hits 1 person and starts up slower. 15 yard range is huge, it will hit every melee. And usually even if all the ranged are spread out, if i cast it on myself it will hit still hit 5 people. Granted I only run ulduar on 25 man and its more clustered i could be wrong and so maybe in 10 man you would only hit 3-4 people that are ranged. This doesn't change the fact that wild growth should be used more often.
Lastly OP said that he is typically behind by a similar amount on all fights. This means its not a fight mechanic problem that is completely to blame (like razorscales relatively burst type raid damage) but is also due to healing rotation/gear/player skill etc. And my mentioning of WG usage being low is a valid point.
