Truesilver Veins can spawn instead of any Mithril veins. This is like a rare spawn among the veins.

EDIT: They can also spawn from Thorium (small or rich), but this is somewhat rare.

I would suggest having a look in WinterSpring, as it looks to be the best place.

But as this is classed as one of the Rarer Ore's, it's very doubtful to be anywhere in great quantities.

I personally grind both Winterspring and Badlands and very occasionally Charred Vale in Stonetalon Mountains. All the places above have "some" Truesilver, but also many other High end Ore's too :)

Found one in the Stonetalon Mountains at 36.36 76.19, is that even possible? Couldn't believe my eyes, all among the copper and tin.

Mining Truesilver requires level 230 skill.
After level 280, nodes become Green, but can level your Mining up to level 300.

November 2023 - I just did a full lap of the Burning Steppes, from the Ruins of Thaurissian all the way around the perimeter back to the Ruins, and hit 34 nodes. 32 were Mithril (no extra TS), and two were wholly Truesilver. Gave a total of 6 TS.
