Three of them involve making him some armor pieces.
For these quests you'll need:
114x Mithril Bar
3x Truesilver Bar
14x Thick Leather
18x Mageweave Cloth
2x Solid Grinding Stone / 8x Solid Stone

the 3 blacksmith quests you get from this fellow requires 114 mithril bars + other stuph.

He keeps talking about the Splitblade of Suffering found in Zul'Farak.

Im a armorsmith and ive done all his quests and now i get some sort of strange dialog about this blade that once cut him in the face or something.

You will need the training from the Master Blacksmith Brikk Keencraft on the upper land Section in Booty Bay.

You will need upto and including the training of the Heavy Mithril Boots which require a character level of 35 and a Blacksmithy skill of 235.

Then you will need a total of the following to complete the 3 Blacksmithy patterns that he offers from these quests:
Mithril Bars:------------------114
Solid Sharpening Stones:-2
Truesilver Bars:--------------3
Thick Leather:---------------14
Mageweave Cloth:----------18
Aquamarine:------------------2

Just an add here once you complete all of the ornate mithril quests from him, (and possibly it may require that you've completed 'Troll Temper')
There is one more quest "Did you drop this" or something like that, all you do is watch him then he shouts to all of tanaris that <you> have become a member of the mithril order and then he gives you a Glmmering Mithril Insignia which has a right-click effect of:
+50 Armor
+10 to all Resistances
Immune to Fear and breaks Fear
Lasts 15 seconds
Ten minute cool down
I thought it was kinda nice to get something else outa those quests, and certainly one more thing to use in pvp.

I did all the quest from galvan the ancient in STV and quest from trenton lighthammer in Gadgetown. Whats the next step in becoming an armorsmith?

I was surprised to find out this guy was a Night Elf! I got to Gadgetzan and wandered around (first time there), saw the anvil and forge and immediately moved to the dwarf near the anvil but he was not clickable. Then I noticed the NE constantly hammering the anvil is Trenton Lighthammer! I guess with a name like Lighthammer I expected a dwarf (plus with Galvan being a dwarf and all).

I also suggest that you stand behind him and aim for his lower back to click on him. He is constantly hammering the anvil and this makes it hard to click on him from the side (I "missed" several times).

In case you didn't notice, you cannot complete his quests in phase 2 SoD. You need to craft some items that require skill 230+, so you'll need to wait
