WoW Classic PvP Rank Pools Hotfix Coming October 13th

With a hotfix to WoW Classic that will take effect before the next weekly honor calculations on October 13, any player-characters that are currently deleted will no longer be counted as part of the total pool of PvP participants.

The only reason I can think of is that pool boosters will now need to buy extra subscriptions for separate accounts to keep on boosting. RemovedComment by AzereiAfter months of bracket breaking, some rankers on our server decided to to pool size to counter them. Pool size boosting allow us to have better control of ranks, before you ahve situation where you bet 5 people would be in BR14 but when reset you discover that only 4 people have been in the BR14 so you have someone destroying the stacking of the BR13 and you have to rank two weeks more. With pool size you have better knowledge on how many exist and on who will be in which bracket. You have also more place so, bracket breakers are less damaging. Because you have ( as community of rankers) better control on the ranking system you can slowly lower the amount of honor you need and have br14 with less then 1m honor.

This is also my point, classic honor system is a %^&*ty toxic system where you only need one asocial idiot to ruin you're stacking and you're ranking. Bracket breakers are a real probleme while ranking. Since Blizzard don't ban them or prevent them from doing pvp, we can't do anything. Sorry blizzard but we are not playing on Gehennas or any massive pvp server where you can do +20k/hour honnor and counter bracket breakers. Also sorry but even in premade it's really hard to counter someone doing account sharing and playing 20h/day. No rankers like playing 12 to 17 hours per day 7/7 for months.
Blizzard deleted this system in TBC for good reason. When pool size will be removed, bracket breakers will destroy ranking again. No it's not fair and enjoyable having to make 500k as a r9/r10 because you have stupidly high bracket due to 1 or 2 idiots showing no respect for brackets nor the rest of the pvp community. The Rank 14 system is an absolute waste of time. DON'T DO IT! I honestly feel bad for anyone that ranked past Rank 11.

I love Classic for the old talent trees, and the old raids (I joined in TBC and never raided in them). I also really like leveling in the original Azeroth.

If we would have got the 1.5 AV, then PvP had a chance at being something unique. Save yourself the grief and wait for TBC Classic for decent PvP.
