The Blue Scepter Shard, Green Scepter Shard, and Red Scepter Shard quest items are now Epic quality.

Developers' note: We're changing the item quality on the Scepter Shard quest items to Epic (purple) so that they'll be easier to distribute to the correct person in raids using Group Loot or Master Looter.

Fixed an issue that caused C’Thun within Temple of Ahn’Qiraj to incorrectly delay casting Eye Beam when engaging in combat.

Looking at the old C'thun kill videos, it took raid with 0 deaths and good gear 15 minutes and 15 seconds to kill him. Now compare that to the chinese guys who just run in and faceroll C'thun in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

Both raid groups don't have world buffs and just few consumables. How the hell does the classic team do over double the damage?

I feel sorry for you guys for not being able to experience the game like it was.

Patch 1.9 itemization and talents plus the skill of an early 2006 player vs 1.12 itemization and talents plus the skill of players that have complete knowledge of the fight along with 14 more years of experience.

Huge win for classic wow. Everyone should be happy about this fix

better gameplay, better gear, more knowledge.

Just look at 1.13 min in the vanilla video. The whole group is runing around like headless chickens doing no damage because the big "BEAM OF DEATH" is up. This is unecessary because the beam is slow and can barely catch an afk player. Also most of their mages are frost.

15 years later it's not the same game anymore ... it makes sense!

How it was? You mean filled with stupid 13 year olds that didn't know how to play properly and ran the game at 11 FPS in raids on their @#$%ty Compaq Presarios? No, don't be sorry for them, let them be sorry for you having been brain damaged by your nostalgia into thinking this joke of a game was hard.

You are prime example what is wrong with this game now. Toxic community, minmaxing the fun out of the game, Bullying people who want to experiance the game for first time.

We said #NOCHANGES to Blizzard. #YouChanged said Blizzard to us.

30 seconds into the actual fight and you know why
debuffs prority? random serpent sting and immolation spam. no sunder, but oh glorious rend to join the major dps dots. mortal strike warirors in 1.9
the list goes on and we haven't even touched the parts the previous posters have mentioned. better connections, better hardware, addons to max out caster efficiency to counter latency.
not to mention that even the average guilds nowadays have already such a gear advantage that they will also steamroll through naxxramas as well.
For reference. take a look at the gear of the people in the raid. wearing full sets out of a lack of knowledge. Even the big kthuzad kills have people running around with freaking benediction or lok delar.

Someone replaces a blue item in a screenshot of one of the world first Naxx kills
