And now it's gone, again. Life is just going through the same loss over and over.

Oh my god I forgot about Thottbot. I can’t believe how long I’ve been playing this game.

Thot means something entirely different now.

It's so bright!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't original Thottbot have a dark mode?

Comment by Grimora

It's not super authentic vanilla unless you use/have Allakhazam too!

I had to use both websites to get anything on the durn quests. lol

Allakhazam was part of the network that included Wowhead and Thottbot, so we're looking to port those comments over at some point in the future :D

My feels. Welcome back, Thottbot, I missed you so much!

It's like getting back to my 14 yo. And it's awesome. Now I only need a landline phone and call my friends while questing on Azeroth just to say hi and "give me that plates chest, you won't need it as a priest".

You made my day, Wowhead's team.

Didn't even know Wowhead had Classic site...

We launched it when the demo data was added in November, up by the search box there's a toggle between Classic/Live/PTR that swaps between the sites. It's not 100% perfect yet, because the Classic beta will add a lot of data to our database, but it's coming along and we're happy with the progress!

Damn this brings back memories... absolutely awful on the eyes, but a nice trip down memory lane nonetheless.

I don't miss vanilla's old game design, extremely limited loot and blockier graphics. Life was bad for a lot of classes and specs, and like The 90's, many of the people nostalgic for it weren't there for it.

Despite all that, I love this idea. I love the existence and extreme usefulness of something like Wowhead in general, but it's fun to see a reference to another resources we had to use extensively in older days.

I would love to be able to use it on current-period WOWHead as well, if that is eventually an option.

We're excited to experiment more with our theme setup. Previously, there was no way to recolor the site, so first we had to make a framework, and then we created the Thottbot style. We're looking into creating themes like Alliance/Horde (possibly premium options) so more options may be on the way!
