can someone explain this?Comment by FeartureAs of Thursday the 26th, 2024, AtlasLoot suggests that Thunderaan drops Dormant Wind Kissed Blade, which is the item you get AFTER you kill Thunderaan in era.

Which means if he drops this item and you don't have the bindings or the mats yet, you can just get obtain a TF without mats or bindings now if you or your guild have been unlucky and haven't seen a single binding.

TBD though since we're not sure yet what the loot table is...
