For me, it has to be Tirisfal Regalia, the mage T5 set. Why? Not only does it look amazing (it's simple and sleek yet manages to capture the essence of a mage perfectly) but because it reminds me of an entire era of my gaming history. I started playing WoW back during TBC and while I never actually completed the entire set, it was a goal that became more and more within my grasp as the guild I was in pushed through content (we were always at least a tier or two behind but it didn't matter, I was having a great time). Being so new to the game back then leaves all of my memories of the game from back then looking amazing in hindsight.

Nemesis, without a doubt. I took more screenshots of my warlock wearing Nemesis than I've probably taken in wow since. The face mask on the helm was just about the coolest thing I had ever seen and what better color scheme can there be? Electric green and purple, hell yes.
My favorite tier has to be Tier 9, Alliance side. The Van Cleef battle gear, while it may have not been the best stat wise, looked just amazing to me. It was the first tier of raiding gear I was ever able to get all of, and to me it looks like what a "special ops" rogue would look like. With the many pockets on the chest and legs and just the overall look of it made me want to complete it.
Shaman Tier 6 was the best imo. Just looking at it you look like such a BAMF... its like "yeahhh im better than you yeahhhh".
I remember the Tier 4 set for shamans.. The cyclone raiment. I remember it vividly, even before I began to play WoW, because my friend who played WoW at the time would always show his armor off to me and his main since classic was a resto/ele shaman. I always had a "meh" attitude about seeing armor in a game I didn't play, but boy once I started playing this set immediately became my favorite. The shoulders, obviously, are really striking. Like little big pearls of healing goodness. That is my favorite piece. :)And the helmet always looked so cool on my buddy's resto draenei.
Mine has to be Hunter T7, it made you look like a spider!
Oh, Judgment Armor , the set looks like it's flowing together, I remember the first time I saw it, wore by Blazer in tales of the past, what an epic piece of machinima, wieldin the Ashrbinger to slay the Lich King. I remember when I saw it in game, a Paladin on my realm, using the helmet also, the great sight, the most wonderful design. It made make a paladin of my own, a warrior of light who still serves as my main yet today, and did for many, many years. Oh Judgement Armor, how amazing you are.
Battlegear of Might, was and still is my favorite Tier set. I used to play a warrior since first starting WoW shortly after the original release. Tier 2 didn't have it's own unique models yet. But throughout vanilla WoW, trying so very hard to obtain a distant goal of wearing such epic looking armor was sadly just out of reach because my luck with guilds at the time ended up with guilds breaking up. It still has my favorite armor look and at least now I can solo Molten Core and get it myself now.
i love my old cause was my fist tier of gear when i start to play WoW. A lots of memories comes to me when i think in TBC, Gruul's Lair, Old ZA, Kara,SSC,TK, BT, that was a good time for WoW, really miss that times.
My favorite tier set of gear is hands down the Elemental Shaman Tier 10 Frost Witch's Regalia. It was my first full set of gear ever, and I absolutely loved the set bonuses. It was actually the only pieces of gear that I strove to obtain. The look of it was simply incredible, and I regret having to get rid of it due to Cataclysm. However, I am reminded of it almost everyday when I see the Legendary Shaman shirt from Jinx sitting in my closet, and I cannot help but smile and /flex whenever I put it on and be reminded of the awesomeness of the Shaman T10 back from Wrath of the Lich King.
I liked T11 for shaman, mostly because it was the first full set I was able to collect and get serious use out of.
Paladin tier 6. I think this personifies the class. Halo, colors. It may have had such a big impact with me because of the pink and purple garbage we wore right before it.
