Not gonna lie, but the Mechagon jetpack's functionality should be the default everywhere in the game: near instant and object interactable.
I sure enjoy it, when the game is made more inconvient than it already is at times
It's Blizzard's way to artificially keep us on ground.I thought people got used to it by now with Pathfinder achievement system for the past 3 expansions.I think people exaggerate , even if they are right to be pissed......it will probably be a 15-20 minute time spent in that zone and with the power levels we are at now no pack of mobs stand a chance.Just go with Lenses essence and Kamehameha through them all.If you want to go with your weaker alt.....then you can't cheat your way through this unless you are a Druid,Mage or a Rogue or an alchemist with invisibility potions.L.E: typos.
Engineer cloaks ftw!
Good, now reduce it to 0yd and debuff to 5 sec duration and we are fine .
You can dispel that debuff by using a immunity, like a paladin bubble. I don't know if it works for another classes!
I like flight restrictions in the most current content, and I like this way of doing it (at least this time). It's just enough more complicated than just making them no-fly zones that it could be like a minigame to keep your flight speed. Maybe after the content is 6 months old it won't be as interesting, but it will still be more interesting than having flight never work at all, like isle of thunder.
Hate when I fart and the car slows down.
The whining in the comments here makes me roll my eyes. The expansions that had "get to a high level, buy flying" that the anti-pathfinder people constantly praise all had areas that were dangerous to fly in. This isn't that big of a deal. And claiming that people won't be able to see the darn things from 100 yards off? I have to think they have no concept of what 100 yards is in the game. To give context, the mass rez range is 100 yards. And I can tell you there are plenty of times in my raids when someone dies at the opposite end of a boss arena, doesn't release for whatever reason, and the healers can't reach them with mass rez from the entrance to the area. Suggesting that half or more of the playerbase can't see objects at the opposite end of a boss room is ridiculous. If someone isn't meeting the minimum requirements for the game with their system, well, maybe they need to consider some upgrades of some sort. Minimum right now is a GTX 560 (which I note you can get on eBay for the $30-40 range). I ran a GTX 460 for years and always had the max draw distance enabled. While max draw distance has increased since then, the max draw distance back when I did have my GTX 460 was way bigger than 100 yards. Draw distance of 5 or 6 should be plenty. These days, with max draw distance, you can see halfway or more across zones. You can see the whale shark in Vashj'ir from halfway across the zone. You can see parts of the structures in the air housing Vortex Pinnacle and Throne of the Four Winds from the portal entry point in Uldum. Turn down stuff like ground clutter and shadows if you need to. I think having some dangers in the air is a good thing. This isn't even that dangerous, just mildly annoying. I suspect the people in this thread are the same ones that got the Argus bombardments taken from actually dangerous if you weren't under one of the shields to a complete joke you could just run in circles away from.
At this point it's faster to just dismount, fall and die to remove debuff.
i think this is fine, it would be dumb not to have some dangers in the sky.
