Wasn't there a maximum of 50 listings per character at some point? If so, when did it get rescinded...?I can't remember if I posted this here, on another topic, but what if they amended the AH listing stacks to be a minimum similar to vendors, like Illnea Bloodthorn sells ore/herbs, etc for...?
Early last year one of the developers was making noises about changing the AH to be EVE style, where you can put on a full stack and then people can chose how much of the stack they want to buy. That would have solved the problem entirely. Sounds like they couldn't get managment support developing that idea though.
Havoc DH Demonic talent hotfix? how long do you have to wait? blizz..
listen while most of us are swimming in gold by now there are a lot of casual players that are not! where a lot of us buy in full stacks a lot of casual players can only afford to buy a few items and can only craft like 1 really good item at a time where the loaded players craft in bulk. I list in all sizes so that everyone can buy! And to the players that say no one is buying single items your dead wrong! my singles sell just as well as stacks! and to those who would say " you don't know how to sell and probably don't make anything in auction house" well I do! I haven't paid real money for game time since the game tokens went live and I have 10 accounts! also bought the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur for 5 million gold on day one of release!
My question is why are you allowed to put items that can be bought at various npc's in the auction house. If the item has no restrictions behind it for purchase other than the cost of gold then why does it need to be able to be posted on the ah? I've seen so many items that are vendor items for much more than the npc sells for in the auction house and just doesn't make sense.
They win in all cases short-term by doing the AH change. Either less auctions in total will be posted, or nothing changes but far more gold is removed from failing 1-stack auctions. The goal is to reduce the number of concurrent auctions, which is what is slowing scan times down. If everything sells, it's not sitting on the AH slowing anything down, so 1-stacks that sell are a non-issue. It's the thousands of single stacks of ore that no one wants to click through and purchase one at a time, so they sit there for 48 hours cluttering the AH and increasing volume (and thus scan times for everyone).Long term I really hope they go towards an escrow system like GW2 or EVE though. It's so much easier to work with.
Why is the mech frog alchemy...
"This cost is constant, regardless of stack size."Umm.. so doesn't that mean it applies whether you have a stack of 1 or a stack of 20? Is literacy hard? I don't see how this does anything to address stacks of 1.
Does anyone know how more frequently Tides procs?
