I see where they're coming from with the Warlock Tank nerfs, but I would much rather they change Searing Pain directly then nerf our damage globally. Shadow Cleave is a nice sneaky way to nerf our damage while giving us a tank tool, and they can do something similar with Searing Pain to nerf our damage in a way that doesn't hurt all of our AOE threat.
Blizz i like you trying to make warrior tanks somewhat viable, but giving 50% more threat to devastate is not going to solve it. If our first shield slam misses, dodges or parries, we dont get the ap buff which every other tank can just activate without any chance of missing. Im off tank and we have a paladin tank, 90% of the time he pulls aggro from me without even targeting the mob im assigned to, just with their aoe abilities. There needs to be more, and i get it 6p will "fix" the parry thing with riposte, but that will also remove our 6p t1 bonus of 10% threat, all of the tanks are so ahead of us its not even fun. Ill be testing this on ptr and will try to give feedback but seems like its not getting any better with how op paladin tanks and other tanks are in comparison.
Its ok if u nerf the explo trap but why u nerf Range skills?Nerf lock and load is very huge. 2 spell got 6 sec CD. So the 8 sec kills every rota. Maybe switch steady rune to another slot.
God dude I thought they were finally going to do it. They were cooking at first had me excited, raised my bar of expectations. I was almost extatic to see that they ALMOST fixed melee hunter. Nerfing Hunters' Lock and Loaded this way basically breaks the entire gameplay rotation. Like, literally making it unplayable, because managing that 8 second cooldown is going to require addons to manage.
