Nope. that would be a buff if it wasn't already 3 min CD. Probably just some sort of tooltip fix.
Not sure why, but my first thought after looking over the build and seeing what's in it is "this patch is coming sooner then we expect". Mid-September maybe?That might be a little too optimistic, but 8.1.5 only had a 2 month testing period so a month and a half might not be too far off. The big question is how much testing the anniversary raid and battleground will require.
I like how Blizzard decided the Last Resort tooltip needed to be more vague.

Finally some more glyphs, there's so many missed opportunites this expansion. I thought a hex: newt would be first, or an Algan earth elemental, or bee "insect swarm" visuals for moonfire. But it's definitely nice to get some variety.
All these people talking about the glider, and I'm over here excited that mage tables are finally getting a glyph! Finally, our healers can eat something other than mana buns!
