Seems like you've pretty much got it covered to me.
The only thing i would change would be to switch Imp. BoW for Blessed hands. and take out points from eye for an eye and crusade to get imp BoM since you'll wanna be running with that.

Or Kings. Personally, I like BoM but I'd rather Kings in a PvP situation, which is what this build will most likely be used for, that and solo'ing.

I've made this build to be a Shockadin.

Its good but if you are going to PVP with it, you should take "Aura Mastery" 10 seconds of being immune to silence can be nice.
I also removed imp BoW as you will be using BoK in pvp (you should find it hard to go OOM with Judgements of the wise.
I've put two points into Purifying power, having Exorcism on a 10 sec cd is nice (you can you it on players now)
And finally, I changed some glyphs around

I'd personally use something like this.

Infact, its what I will be using! As soon as my 3.1 downloads and the realms come back up!
