Everyone is busy leveling in Classic WoW, so we thought it would be fun to see what are the most popular WoW Classic class leveling guides on Wowhead, analyzing their importance. Check out what leveling guides people have been using the most from August 26 through 28th!
Do note that the following lists are based on Wowhead traffic, and reflect most popular
guides
not overall content in the game. People usually go to Wowhead when they need help with something, such as a confusing quest or location of a trainer NPC. With over a million WoW players using Wowhead yesterday, we think this is a fairly accurate representation of user information trends, and we had fun
doing rankings for BFA guides
so we've started it up again for Classic. But if you've encountered a guide that you feel is a hidden gem and should get more attention, let us know in the comments!
Based on what sort of dungeon guides are popular, the overall level of the Wowhead user base appears to be around level 15. We'll check back in a few days to see if the popular guides on the site have shifted, reflecting a level increase. Also stay tuned for a look later today on what's been popular on the database side of Classic Wowhead, like top items and quests!
Most Popular WoW Classic Class Leveling Guides
Here is a ranking of what Classic Classes are the most popular on Wowhead, with

(which is subjective anyway); instead the guides are ranked in order of site traffic.

Here at Wowhead, we strive to create guides for all useful content related to leveling. While Class leveling guides are very popular, it's interesting to see how they fare next to other types of guides--and what edges them out.

was by far our most popular post, and we even saw individual class guides to addons rank highly, like the

!
As expected, our faction guides are popular, and it looks like more of you on Wowhead are For the Horde. The Horde race guide is a bit higher than the Alliance race one in terms of traffic, with the faction leveling guides roughly equivalent in traffic.
Out of profession guides, Tailoring was by far our most popular, as everyone wants to craft a

for some sweet bag space. Enchanting also ranked highly, due to the popularity of

. It will be interesting how profession guide popularity shifts as people move into endgame content and farming.
Another notable guide placement is the
Weapon Skill guide
. While each leveling class guide tells you where to find weapon trainers, the Weapon Skill guide goes into greater detail on mechanics, default weapons for each race, how to level a weapon, and notable items that increase your skill.
We're also starting to see Ragefire Chasm creep into the top 25 recently, and while it didn't make it into today's cutoff, Wailing Caverns is starting to rise up in traffic today.
