To be perfectly honest, as long as you have a decently geared group you should be more than fine regardless of spec. With a good tank and healer the entire instance is cake, there's a few somewhat difficult two pulls (two crowd-control immune mobs) but even in those situations they can either be double-tanked or kited by a mage/shaman. Other than that, clearing Anzu's room is a bit of a pain due to Talon of Justice and an annoying fear so I'd recommend bringing a shaman along for tremor totem. The Anzu encounter itself is rather easy, just bring a balanced group that can handle the rest of the instance and you should be fine. :)
