Use on sleeping Diseased Forest Walker (small trent) at 72.50 50.70 and loot the Rune of Pandemic after killing the mob.

1. Head to Feralas to collect two items.
-Enemies in area are level 41 through 44, non-elite.

2. Find Dead Diseased Grimtotem Shaman
-Near Grimtotem Compound which is the first symbol on the map West from Camp Mojache, near the hills.
-If looking at the map, Dead Shaman is just to the Northwest of the Grimtotem Compound symbol.
-Dead Shaman is on the ground under a large tree, next to him is a crate where you loot Grimtotem Necklace.

3. Find Dead Diseased Woodpaw Mystic
-Head South of the main road, staying East of the mountain range.
-Behind a large tree you will find a small trail heading West up in to the Woodpaw Hills.
-At the top, you will pass the Woodpaw Den cave entrance (don't enter the cave).
-Head past the cave and go right/East and then North along the edge of the camp.
-On a ledge in the Northeastern part of this camp you will find Dead Diseased Woodpaw Mystic
-Next to Dead Mystic is another crate where you can loot Broken Woodpaw Staff

4. Head East toward the Northwestern tip of the small lake on the map not far away.
-Just over a ledge to the slight East you will find Diseased Forest Walker.

5. Combine Grimtotem Necklace and Broken Woodpaw Staff to create Diseased Nature Staff.
-Use the Diseased Nature Staff to wake up the Diseased Forest Walker
-Defeat Diseased Forest Walker to loot Rune of Pandemic.

*Note, if you die to the forest walker after using the staff to wake him up, you will have to collect both pieces of the staff again.
