#2 Accept quest and "HE WILL GIVE YOU" .. COG # 5...
"QUEST IS COMPLETE"

#3 Now turn around and talk to Lotwil Veriatus for the next part of this chain quest ....

This quest did not show up for until I finished doing all the "Study of the Elements: Earth" quests that he gives.

The COG part of the quest would not appear until I had completed Study of the Elements: Earth Quests also.

A big pain in the bum...Lucky for me the final part of the Study of the Elements my level 64 Warrior friend was on hand to help out a bit.

I've been told by a GM that there is another quest that is a prereq to get this one (other than the on listed here). Anyone know what it is?

I got in the same spot as the quest you have to finish the guys in front or back of the quest quest first
