no you can still learn the other three, in fact you need these spells to learn tribal leatherworking.

This quest starts the Wild Leather Quest Series.

You musy have 200 LW to start the quest series, I don't think character level is an issue.

You will be asked to bring the Q giver alot of different armor pieces over the course of the series. If you intend to craft each piece, this is a list of the materials you will need:

Thick Leather = 192 (this includes the 10 for this quest)
Silken thread = 22
Heavy Silken Thread = 12
Turtle Scale = 112
Wildvine = 7

You will have to do this quest line in order to do Tribal Leatherworking. For Elemental and Dragonscale, it is not necessary.

You can also purchase the items from the AH. You will need:

Thick Armor Kits = 6
Nightscape Tunics = 2
Nightscape Headbands = 2
Turtle Scale Gloves = 2
Turtle Scale Breastplates = 2
Turtle Scale Bracers = 2
Turtle Scale Helms = 2
Nightscape Boots = 2
Nightscape Pants = 2
Wildvine = 7

There are two "Wild Leather Armor" quests, one for Alliance and one for Horde. This one is for Horde.

Armor made using it is second to none for a crafter of your skill, guaranteed.

I'll teach you, but you'll be working for me for a while. The first cost is simply ten pieces of thick leather. After this, we'll talk specifics.
