It began in Molten Core, when we saw
Molten
Weapons drop from Heat Level 3 - weapons with the same stats as any other weapon, but with a new "enchanted" visual effect. Now Zul'Gurub is following in its footsteps with the
Bloodied
Weapons.
The Blood God has blessed these weapons.
How To Earn Bloodied Weapons
All
Bloodied
Weapons have an inherent enchanted appearance to look like they are dripping blood. Seeing as
Hakkar
is "The Blood God", it makes sense that these appearances would drop from him. But it's not as easy as simply killing this last boss of Zul'Gurub.
Zul'Gurub Overview - Season of Discovery
It has been discovered that you must defeat
Hakkar
with all five High Priests still alive
for these
Bloodied
Weapons to drop. Each High Priest enhances
Hakkar
