Daym, hunters can KEEP that crap, i seriously have no idea what this sick joke is, but a bogling sounds like a charismatic enough guy not to need to fight people i spose....

These only drop from boglings, which are spawned when someone turns in the glowing fruit from the tree in north teldrassil to denalan. Denalan will plant the seeds and 3 boglings will arise.

The quest is non-repeatable :( So only possible to get 3 bogling roots per character.

HOW TO FARM BOGLING ROOTS FOR THE 'FURY OF THE BOGLING BUFF' (+1 DAMAGE FOR 10 MINUTES):

Step 1: Create new Night Elf character and complete quests in the Shadowglen starting area until you reach level 4.
Step 2: As soon as you hit level 4, talk to Denalan in Dolanaar at /way 60.8, 68.4 (TomTom addon) and accept the quest Timberling Seeds. Note that Wowhead recommends you be level 7 for this quest (even though you can accept it at level 4), so if it's too difficult for you, get someone to help you or level up more.
Step 3: After you complete Timberling Seeds, Denalan will give you the follow up quest, Rellian Greenspyre. For the quest, meet him in Darnassus at /way 38.6 21.8 and turn in the quest.
Step 4: As soon as you turn in the quest, The Glowing Fruit quest will become available. Head to /way 42.6 76.1 and talk to the Strange Fruited Plant to accept the quest.
Step 5: Go back to Denalan at /way 60.8 68.4 and turn it in. Denalan will plant the seeds in the box next to him and three Boglings will spawn in the box. Kill the Boglings and they will each drop one Bogling Root (for a total of 3) which increases your physical damage by 1 for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Rinse and repeat.

Notes:
1. The quest is not repeatable, so you must create a new character each time.
2. The buff does not persist through death.
3. The Bogling Roots are not BOP, so they can be traded or sold on the auction house.
