This item is at the mast on the second level, just above where the deck is shattered.

The chart on the first ship is also on the 2nd floor. The second floor has 3 rooms basically. A large front room, then a middle little hallyway, then a large back room. THe chart is in the large backroom right next to the hallway. It is NOT on the ground in here, it is on a round ledge (support thing) almost touching the wall in the middle of the ship seperating the backroom from the hallway.

Anyone have a description of where this is? I'm not seeing it anywhere at the location given, or anywhere else on the ship.

cant find it anywhere, and its freeking anoying the naga keep attacking me through the floor

Yep, they're there. I must have wandered past them 5 times before I saw them. They're brown, and hard to see, I recommend standing next to the main mast - one floor below deck - and tilting the camera down.

if you go to the back room and swim up to the mast you will see it sitting on the bench that goes arround the mast just below the main deck

Make sure you can breath under water for this one. I'm a druid and have my aquatic form and our healer had some staff of underwater breathing, but our tank drowned on us like 10 times. The naga keep sticking you to the floor! But they are far between and easy to solo if you're 38+ or so.
