Easily the best healing trinket in the game, look into Hibernation Crystal (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=20636) for a item close to this in regards to healing.

If you are unable to properly use this trinket, or unable to "pause and activate a trinket", then don't worry. You'll never see one. This trinket is the current BEST healing trinket in the game. Very few will ever lay eyes on it, due to the amount of skill and coordination required to reach content of this level.

Most trinkets like this have a cooldown of 1 and a half minutes. Blizzard just doesn't like counting seconds above one minute.

2 minutes is not that long in many boss fights. Man, adding 450 extra +healing is a freaking ton. A priest with full tier 3 + this on can get 1500+healing for that 5 heals. rediculous.

Drops off Sapphiron in Naxxramas.
(One before the final boss, Kel'Thuzad)

i think that any other sort of healing trinket would turn into a christmas ornament...

i doubt that its only a 2min cooldown tho

Are you nuts? This is THE trinket to have. The 70 healing alone is worth it, but you add an incredible 450 healing on a 2 minute timer and you've got yourself the best healing trinket in the game. It's not awesome; it's uber.

**gasp** OMG I wish I had this. If I aquired it I promise my Blessed Prayer Beads would get turned into a Christmas Orniment.......Or Haunaka........Or Quanza (SP?)............Anyways, anyone know where these drop? I assume Naxx, proboly off of Sap, but I see no one has posted it yet.

This trinket is absolutely incredible. Increasing your healing by up to 450...from one source...for 30 seconds? Holy crap that's amaizing. Not to mention the 70 healing it gives naturally. With a 2 minute cool down you will be clicking this thing constantly.

calm down, it lasts for 5 spells only. so it will used up after 15 seconds or less in endgame encounters. you cant really say "omg incredible 450 +heal for 30 seconds". still awesome, but not uber.

30sec duration 2min CD?
1.30 sec without the + healing, and it even has a Passive 70+ on it, this and the regen trinket from 4 Horsemen will be the sickest combo ever to be seen in wow.

Can anyone confirm/deny if the on-use effect would benefit Diamond Flask. It's BIS regardless for DF but if the on-use works too that is insane.

(I know I know healers will hate you for it... just thinking long term if all your healers had it and it was a possibility :P)

EDIT: Guildie who has this trinket confirmed it does not share a cooldown meaning it can be popped at the same time as another trinket. Still not sure if it would benefit Diamond Flask though.
