It is possible to have more than one of a given trade bag in the Bank. I currently have 2x Enchanted Mageweave bags in my bank bag slots.
On your person, you can only ever have one of any given specialty bag (quiver, soulshard, enchant, herb), but you can have one of each type.

I purchased a 20 slot Enchanted Runecloth Bag for my Tailor / Enchanter yesterday. I later was sent the pattern for the 16 slot Enchanted Mageweave Bag, by my guild. I made two of these to send to a couple of guild mates. The mats were used and the log said they were made but nothing appeared in my empty inventory slots. After a 10 minute wait (in case it was lag), I contacted a GM and waited. After 2 hours a GM sent me an e-mail that it was a bug and the new bags wanted to appear in my currently equipped Enchanted Runecloth Bag (and couldn't due to not being enchanting mats). The solution was to empty out and unequip the Enchanted Runecloth Bag and put it in the bank. Then relog. Sure enough the missing bags appeared IN MY BAG SLOTS ALREADY EQUIPPED AND SOULBOUND.
After contacting GM again I was told the temporary fix is to never create any 'Special' containers while already having one equipped or in inventory. 'Special' includes quivers and ammo bags.
Making a 'special' container for someone else and having it appear 'soulbound' can be unprofitable.
Nevertheless it is possible to have more than one 'special' equipped and soulbound at the same time.

This pattern is not available in Classic phase 1. It will likely be added when the rest of Silithus is fleshed out.
