found the mounds that require the seed in Desolace cord. are

75.9, 21.1 and the second one i found is at 75.9, 16.6.. third one as well 74.4, 18.9

This seems to be a required item for shamans, and druids (runestate rune) being a horde druid had a seed and then a shaman came soon after as well.

so the seed is a drop off of the Kolakar Centuars. once you get it go due south to the lake in the south east end of the map get the seed wet as it tells you to do and then head back up north to the cords and walla dreamstate for druids not sure what the shamans get.

This can be complete 100% in Eastern Desolace.

1. Around the middle of the zone on the Eastern side, you can find Kolkar Centaur.
-Defeat Kolkar Centaur until one of them drops Dessicated Seed Pod.

2. Head South to Magram Village.
-You must swim in water to turn the Dessicated Seed Pod in to a Satyrweed Bulb.
(You can swim in any water source but Magram Village is the closest one to the Kolkar Centaur location.)

3. Head North to Sargeron.
-If looking at the map, head to an area near the "E" of Sargeron.
-Find a mound of Sandy Loam and right click to plant the Satyrweed Bulb.

4. Blooming Satyrweed will appear in the ground.
-Right click to loot the Rune of the Dreamer.
