This item actually rocks!
In the new Ahn'Qiraj raid instances, Nature Resist will be as important as Fire Resistance in MC. I assume this item drops on one of the 4 green dragons, but might as well be dropped by a Royal in Silithus. This item has a huge load of NR as well as some fairly ok stats. Start stacking up NR-gear cuz u're gonna need it from patch 1.9 on.

FR not needed in MC you say? So when an elemental in a lava pack flame blossems you, what do you use to not instantly die? How about the lava splashes on the rag fight? Have fun wiping in Ahn'Qiraj I guess until you figure out you neeed NR.

Yes, blizzard has been mentioning time and time again that the world will eventually include instances that need all sorts of different resistances. They started with fire, now they are moving on to nature based instances.

Eventually you will find lots of frost resist, arcane resist, etc on item pieces. The 4 raid dragons loot tables correspond with the new sithilus instance (even if not related in ANY kind of way)

I also believe that shadow resistance has proven effective against one of the dragons, I'm sure nature resists play a part too.

I would guess Nature res will be need as much in the emerald dream as fire res is needed in MC so these item's might not be so good now but I'm sure they will be really nice to have when emerald dreams come.

picked it up yesterday from Lethon, will be a handy thing for AQ i imagine :)

Looks like a drop from the Green Dragons.
And the stats are not very good for such a drop, except for the (now underrated) Nature Resistance.

ever wonder why all this nature resistance stuff is dropping....exspcially from these dragons...

emerald dream is going to be a dangerous place lol like another molten core, gonna need all the nature resistance u can get :)

All this nature resistance, plus the pretty hunter aspect is going to be oh so useful in Ahn'Qiraj and the Emerald Dream, and who knows where else. I can't wait til they get another new instance put in, even though we are still working on Rag and haven't hit BWL yet :-/

there's also a lot more Shadow Resistance gear popping up too, something that may be important in Ahn'Quiraj

the silithids = nature damage, nasty poisons and such, while the guardians (like Roman'khan) would use shadow stuff
