In some ways it better than hide of the wild. It has spirit which the hide lacks, ill definantly take 8spirit over +11healing for long fights.

Comparison to Hide of the Wild...

with HotW you get,
+2 Stamina
+4 Intellect
+9 Healing
-8 Spirit
(-2 Armor)

I'd rather have HotW (which i do), but its close.

Yes, it's better than Hide of the Wild for Priests. The Spirit more than compensates for the lack of other stats, especially if you have Meditation.

If you consider a priest with good gear (T1)

1. This cloak is as good as HotW in MC
2. This cloak is ~15% better then HotW in BWL
3. This cloak is worse then HotW in PvP

You get different results cause the fights in BWL take roughly twice the time then in MC.

I am very happy I got this, especially when I was thinking of buying THoW...I guess i saved some money there. And this cloac has some nice advantiges, over the epic one.
The looks aint that bad. It is the same as if you have hidden your cloac from the interface options.

This cloak is better than Hide ofthe Wild for PvE priests, and Cloak of the Savior is even better. Drops from Moam in AQ20.

Its a funny looking cloak this one. It is blood red all over and its short like an ultra lowbie cloak.

For you Aussie rules fans out there I recommend EVERYONE get this cape if no body needs it. This short red cloak makes you look like you have a Melbourne Demons jumper on if your guild has a blue talibar (or maybe if you blue chest armor or something). :D

In my opinion this is a nice cloak for a shadow priest while offhealing. Most healers will go for the Hide of the Wild; however since I'm simply backup healing between dps'ing and while in 5-mans I'd rather save my money.
And yea, it does look rather odd, but it matches Flowing Ritual Robes in color :P

This amazing item drops of Bloodlord Mandokir. Mandokir is the third boss located in the Zul Gurrub Instance. He is not one of Hakkars high priests and does not have to be killed to kill fight Hakkar. He is located just past that of Venoxis, and up a large series of stairs.

I agree with the poster above me. It looks like a f'n butt.
I had this and after I finally got Cloak of the Cosmos, I DE'd it. Its ugly as hell, and Cosmos has 5 more int and only 6 less healing.
