The item summons 3 lvl 60 NPC's to fight for you, but they will despawn if there are no hostile targets in their range. Also note that they will automatically attack anything in their range, regardless if you want them to or not. Not very useful with the 10 minute cooldown + despawning when no targets around.

The trinket is very useful in PvP for interrupting casting (as said above), and also when you don't want your enemy to be able to exit combat (like a Rogue, for example, who could Gouge or Blind you and restealth).

Another great use for them is eating freeze traps in the arena (or anywhere for that matter, its just every second counts in short arena matches).

This is the best item to use in a 5v5 arena team. Have every single member in your arena team equip this and use it at the same time when fight your enemies, and watch the chaos.
15 aggresive mobs+5 smart players= gg

They will for the most part target the Main Healer because they follow the same script as normal mobs.

The only real counter to this is if the warrior starts to tank the mobs.

This is the end result of questing in Scholomance

First step is getting the deeds quest from Chillwind Peak / Bulwark. The second involves getting 4 deeds from within Scholomance. We completed this quest as a stealth group over a period of four runs as well as the Butcher series.

Once you have all 4, pop back to the npc Barov. He gives you the next step which involves keeeeling the other Barov.

Last night we killed Alexi Barov with 3 Rogues and a Druid - All 60. We killed the mage first and he didn't add. We then pulled Alexi after the tauren was sapped into the woods away from the camp.

The lvl 60's don�t last long but are great fun to use� the 10 min timer is also cool :)

5-manned Scholo last night for this... Definitely a sweet trinket. The caveat...they don't last very long. Must be about 10 seconds, although I haven't timed it yet. Also...haven't gotten a heal from one of these peasants yet...so I'd count that feature as a rumor until further notice.

Could you be stealthed and use them in a lowbie zone, and watch as the 3 of them rush in and take out a party of lowbies... They would probably think it was a random elite mob spawn. LOL

The seem to last about a minute. Random race/gender that is of your faction, and each attack for about 30 damage per hit. Unlimited uses, 10 minute cooldown as stated above.

Unfortunatly no cooking or cleaning like I was promised...

I finished this recently, when someone was finally lookingfor a group for the quest.

I equipped the trinket and was dissapointed the servants didnt last longer. I figured what is this really good for? Then I was on a boat to ratchet... I summoned the servants and they assualted an opponent player! The boat was still docked and the brusiers didnt even attack, but my peasants were swinging hard. It actually does more damamge on one target then you may think....

I have this trinket as well as the Wisdom of the Timbermaw and it is funny to see people's reaction to either one when they're summoned. I would say neither can be counted on to save your backside, but they can do it on occasion.

In a run on Scholomance several months ago, our entire 5 man group had this trinket as we all gained it together. When we went against Gandling we all let them loose. It looked like a 20 man raid on Gandling as you figure: 3 summoned per trinket x 5 players = 15 summoned + 5 real players = 20 toons on the screen. It was funny.

I made a mod, MehTrinketeer, that works great with this trinket. Often times, I use it without evening knowing I had equipped it (the mod takes care of all that for you). You guys might find it useful. It's at:

ROGUES---

This is an AWESOME trinket for ninja'ing things for quests or in BG's, but if you use it and vanish BEFORE the guys disappear or are killed, theres a good chance the NPC's who were killing them will STILL target you, even though you vanished. This has happened to me 3/4 times ive tried it, so not always but still, wait the extra couple of seconds for them to go away, then vanish to be safe. Just thought Id give a heads up!

ps: how to ninja a post in AV: stealth in, find safe spot and unstealth, wait for stealth to recharge (like 5-6 seconds), summon Barov's, stealth up to post, wait for aggro then start cappin. Works like a charm.

There's an alliance quest for it, its the same but vice versa, alliance kills the undead Barov for the living one.

lol I got Ancient Cornerstone Grimoire about a week ago. It has a 'Use: Summons a Skeleton that will protect you for 60 seconds. effect', I'm gonna check if I can summon the 3 servants and the skeleton guard at the same time XD. I can even have my succubus/imp/felhunter/voidwalker out at the same time lol.... Necromancer from Diablo 2 anyone? A small army of 5 minions... that'd be sweet. Or instead of one of my summoned pets I can enslave any random demon from somewhere in the World so my small army can look mean and cool ^^

Yea, I'm gonna try it lol. If I do it I'll post a pic in this post ^_^

Got this trinket today (yeay me!) it's indeed from "The Last Barov" (follow up to the scholo quest...) Alexi is one tough cookie... first attempt with a mage and a warrior (and me as a rogue) kite and cripple till the mage ran out of mana... :o\ 2nd attempt with a hunter, warrior, a paladin healer and myself... went alright till the horde decided to join the fun... 3rd attempt, same group, we just pulled him to a hill on the side... was a long battle, warrior died just at the end of it, but the rest of us made it just fine....

that's very interesting and I can assure you that this info has made my life a lot more meaningfull..

still.. something doesn't add up.
you spotting someone receiving/having this is important enough to clog the forum eventhough 20 others have posted the same message before you, but somehow it isn't important enough to make a screenshot?
I say either you guys are lame dweebs (with some exceptions) and don't know how to make a screenshot or are too lazy to do so ..or you couldn't make a screenshot because you're a liar and never spotted it in the first place xD
