Probably not the best, but used to make an Arcanite Dragonling. However, neither the Mitril or the Arcanite Dragonling is useful until you have ur char. maxed out and there's nothing else to spend it on. Then its a small improvement, the sort which might help turn the tide against a massive PvP raid or Oxnyia, but not that useful by itself.

What are the coordinates for the vendor that sells this schematic? I can't find him. I've been up and down it all over several times. Please post when available.

I think it is supposed to read for 1 min or until cancelled.

my experience with it is that it lasts 1 minute, and has to cooldown for an hour. a way to get around all the cooldowns is to log out. the until cancelled thig is if you die, your dragon will disappear.

Just bought the plans today 9/12/05. The cords are 34,37 in Hinterlands.

Whenever I feel like making a few gold, I swing by the Hinterlands and buy this for 40s from the vender. Then I hearth to IF and list it on the AH for 2-3g buyout and it will almost always sell.

Sometimes when I'm gonna log out, I'll buy this schematic, then log out right in front of the vender. Next time I log in he'll usually have restocked and I can buy a second as well for even more profit.

The above information as to coords and everything are correct. the Vendor does still sell this, and after I bought mine I waited. The schematic seems to be on a timer, so every 20-25 minutes a new one spawns on the vendor for you to purchase.

Odd...the earlier Mechanical Dragonling schematic has a much higher price from the vendor. Schematic: Mechanical Dragonling is sold in Stranglethorn for a whole gold.

Ok I'm goin up the Easter hill and I cant see a cog. I've been searching all over and I can't find a friggin hut with a cog in it. Can someone tell me where it is? And not coords pls

Hahahah. I buy this whenever im in the hinterlands and i can sell it on the AH for like 5-6g...lol

Also the guy outside the hut sometimes has plans for shoulders or gloves...i forget which...but they are blue plans. They sell for about 3-4g.

and I Friggin LOVE it.
as a rogue with a very high (for my lvl) engineering skill this thing rocks, it tanks, it ganks, and it saves my ass time and time again. whoever said this thing is a minor improvment obviosusly doesnt ever solo, or pvp, or get in a tight spot where your group could really use some extra dps/tankage to avoid a wipe.
I currently have 6 clickies and this is the one I am always waiting to pop so I can use him again.

Classic. AH was 16g so I went to the vendor and bought one immediately. Next one was available after 4 minutes. Waited for another 15minutes but no restock happened.
