Steady Shot, what do I do with it?

I just recently reached lvl 62 and got my 'Steady Shot rank1'. I'm so used to using Arcane and Aimed shot as my main dps abilities I don't really know what to do with Steady shot now. Do I use all three in random order? How is it better than Arcane?

You will need to get an autoshot timer to use it well but basically what you do is while your autoshot is cooling down from firing you shoot a steady shot, then wait for the next autoshot to fire and shoot another steady shot. On a basic level thats all thats requried, however you can add more into the rotation depending on weapon speed and other variables.
