I've tried to create a variety of viable feral-resto builds
My conclusion is that all of the really *good* talents are anchored too far down the tree (Mainly feral for Ilotp Berserk KotJ and Infected wounds. Also - you are skipping Nurturing instincts which I believe is a mistake, depending on what gear you use, I'm assuming a mix between AGI and SP since it's a cat/resto build.
AGI = 75% Healing SP + Crit / Dodge / AP
SP = 100% Healing SP
Saying about 1200 SP and 400 AGI which could probably be easy to get
That's 1200 SP + 300 SP from AGI. Add that to the fact that you get 20% increase in +healing while in catform. This works with hots after you shapeshift into catform. It works with potions, (Endless health potion only)works with bandages.
It could be viable but in my opinion theres just way better talents, just out of your reach. I think Blizzard wants us to specialize in one spec and not hybrid like the true class we are.
Heres my attempt at a build
What do you think -

Btw, Primal tenicity does only work in catform, so you better skip that one. If you are interested in resto/feral for arena, just pick up the most nessesary talents, like feral charge and brutal impact, maybe Survival of the fittest too, but its far down in the feral tree...
With the huge armor boost in tree of life, the only reason you'll be in bear is for interrupting casters and stunning with bash.
I haven't tried any specc, but I guess that a simple resto/balance specc is better. Imp Thorns is ownage :)
This specc has every needed talent, so you might give it a shot! ^^
Edit#2: When I overlooked the specc again, you might want to trade 3 points from Nature's Bounty to Nature's Focus (so that your spellcasting wont be interrupted)...
