the boss can be solo tanked by having the tank soft kite him (kite slowly) near the entrance from pillar to pillar during the fire phase as the stacks can be avoided, dps should ease up on cds as the boss is moving so they don't pull aggro

Doesn't Boss hit tank harder during frost phase from amount of freezing stacks on the raid? Or that was early assumption?

This sentence makes it look like that you can click other pillars when you have the debuff, but that is not the case. When you click a pillar, you can't click any other pillar at all for 30 secs.
