Strength: This is a nice damage increasing stat, granting you more attack power, which in turn means faster killing speed.

The advice of using Rockbiter instead of Windfury when leveling is nonsensical.
There's a synergy between Windfury and Flurry.
Windfury generates more chances of having crits by having more hits, which in turn speeds up attack speed giving more chances at Windfury.
Once you have both Windfury and the Flurry talent, not using Windfury on your weapon is stupid.

When solo questing (leveling) in classic as Enha which totems should we drop for every PvE fight?

Do we go for defensive totems or the damage increasing totems?
And how many can we keep dropping every time we move to a new mob before we go OOM or become mana inefficient?

I'm having a really hard time understanding why I would go 5/5 in Shield Specialization rather than 5/5 Ancestral Knowledge considering I'll be ditching my shield at around level 10-12 in favor of harder hitting 2h weapons.

Can you please explain?

I would honestly advice against using a staff as a melee weapon since it's generally not worth it if you're an orc. If you can't find a 2h axe, then use a 1h axe, don't settle for less as the options listed aren't good options, especially since they give intellect which you really don't need for anything as enhancement.

I'd just like to add some numbers in this guide are wrong. Lightning shield rank 2 for example is not at 14, but at 16.

I don't think the totem improving talents are beneficial enough to be taken for leveling. They provide a boost to a dungeon group with 3 or more melee DPS, but while solo questing, or even questing in a small party, there are much better alternative talents to be taken. I recommend Improved Lightning Shield because it increases your most efficient instant cast damage spell by 15%.
