Blizzard has shared a Blue Post, explaining that they are aware of some spells causing crashes, asking players not to use those spells during the raid (Kill Shot has been hotfixed to address this issue). Wrath Classic PTR Updated to Build 3.4.1.46917 Datamined Spells - Armor Potions Nerfed
Blizzard has updated the Wrath Classic PTR to Build 3.4.1.46917, which includes changes to spells and items. In this update, there seems to be some minor adjustments to wording in some spell text, minor updates to Val'anyr, Hammer of Ancient Kings weapon damage, and armor potions such as Indestructible Potion are now putting a 2 minute cooldown on all other potions.

We've updated our Wowhead Wrath Classic Database with the latest item tooltips from the PTR, which are the increased item levels. Blizzard has stated that some items (Such as Val'anyr) and Algalon items will see some further adjustments in later updates to the PTR.
