A reference to the Jambières pétrolifères, one of the unique Bind on Equip drops from the dungeon version of Gnomeregan. These pants WOULD be an alright drop... except that Pantalon du coureur agile exists, and is rewarded for completing Guerre des plates-formes(Horde) or La grande trahison(Alliance), which only requires you defeat the final boss to complete. The alternative quest rewards are Not Great, with most crafted gear just being straight-up better, in the event you wanted to pick one of the other quest rewards and hope the raid drops these pants.
