-She hangs out next to the Southern Road between the road and waterside, about halfway between the fork in the road and Stonard.

-inside will be a Field Guide and a Bug Catching Net

3. Catch 3 specific bugs in Azeroth using the Bug Catching Net.
-Flesh Picker, found crawling around under the bones at Kodo Graveyard in Desolace
-Hay Weevil, found in an open-faced barn at Northfield Manor in Arathi Highlands (Northwestern farm)
-Arbor Tarantula, found on a tree-stump at Venture Company Logging Camp in Stranglethorn Vale.

4. Return to Amaryllis Webb in Swamp of Sorrows
-Collect Rune of Instinct

The "In addition" part was a bit confusing to me because I thought it was while you had the buff active. But it's more of a passive. When you dodge anytime (even while the buff isn't active), you proc "Natural Reaction" which will give you the listed benefit.
