When you kill an enemy that's stunned by your Marteau de la justice while you have Libram de justice equipped, you will get a stack of Accumuler l’inspiration. Once you reach 10 stacks you can use the libram to learn the Main de rétribution rune.

You only get a stack if the enemy dies during the stun and is worth experience to you. All of your stacks drop on death

Fought Defias Drones and other mobs around the tower in Westfall for about half an hour with no drops. As an added bonus, a level 22 drone hit me with three critical hits in a row for 270 damage each, at level 25. Just go loot the Sunken Reliquary in the cave at 36, 91 in Loch Modan instead.

Yep, I spent like 20 minutes killing Defias Drones in Westfall, said "@#$% this" and then went to Loch Modan and just looted it from the box.

This is what happens when your game has no public testing.

You will only get stacks for it by killing green or yellow mobs if you kill gray mobs it will not give you stacks

Make sure you're mobs are green level or yellow. Tried a few grey level and did not count towards my 10 stacks needed
